- Finance Team review each spend line and identify cost savings and efficiency gains
- Procurement Team receive production cost quotations, lead time estimates, conduct quality scoring (price/quality sustainability)
- Request and receive samples from Supplier

- Supplier set-up on our system including the filing of contracts, selection scoring, supplier background info, pricing, T&Cs and lead times
- Approval of samples received from Partner and purchase order agreed with several selected suppliers

- Supplies shipped from Supplier, cleared through customs and stored in close proximity to site
- Supplies distributed to Partner specified location
